About Physio@Home
People often struggle to access the rehabilitation they require following a hospital admission or health events. We passionately believe in helping people get the rehabilitation they need, which is why we started Physio@Home: a local home-based private physiotherapy service. We create individually tailored programs to meet your unique needs. We would love to talk about how we can maximize your recovery and ability and get you back to living life to your full potential.

The Physio@Home Story

Ben established Physio@Home while working within the NHS, recognizing the increasing difficulty people faced in accessing timely support due to growing waiting times. He observed individuals waiting extended periods, often missing crucial early interventions essential for recovery after significant health events. Despite his continued belief in the NHS and its invaluable services, Ben identified a need for additional or earlier support that the NHS struggled to provide due to the increasing demands on the service. Thus, Physio@Home was born, with the aim of providing these individuals with access to the best rehabilitation tailored to their needs at the time.

"We wanted to create a local private Physiotherapy service that could help clients get the very best rehabilitation in their own home in mid Cornwall. We wanted to support clients in their own home, as so many people seemed to struggle to access services in this area. At the core of our values, is what is right for the people we visit. We always envisioned a service that we would want our family members to recieve. For this reason, there would never be any pressure for lots of follow up appointments and we would make sure the service was led by those we were trying to help.

We remain passionate about the incredible NHS and the people working within it, and while it faces challenges we are blessed with an incredible heathcare system. We are, therefore, always happy to work alongside or before/after NHS services have been involved. The most important thing for us is your recovery.
We would be delighted to work with you and we would happily chat through any questions you might have."
